Although Kermit may disagree, it's easy being Green!

As Pallet Recyclers, protecting the environment comes naturally to us and we are proud of our contribution to preserving wood as a renewable resource. We efficiently utilize our operations to help our community and environment by being Green. Every year we keep approximately 19,000 tons of scrap wood from going to landfill depositories or polluting the air by being burned. Here at Nazareth Pallet, not only are pallets reused repeatedly, we further reduce the waste stream by removing corrugate, stretch film, office paper, plastic pallets and some metals in addition to pallets and loose wood.

Refurbishing and Recycling

We take used or unwanted pallets of all sizes, and inspect them for wear and refurbish them as needed. A broken or partly worn pallet is dismantled so that some of the components can be utilized in fixing other pallets as they are sent through the repair process. If the condition of the pallet looks as if it has reached the end of its life expectancy(beyond repair) it then gets ground into mulch to be used as natural landscaping.

Even the nails are recycled!

Before processing the wood into mulch, all metal hardware such as nails, etc. are separated from the wood scraps through use of magnetism and shipped to the metal recyclers.
